1. Agreement to Terms

Hintder is operated by FOP Liubchenko Yurii Mykolaiovych ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using Hintder ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hintder is an AI dating assistant ("wingman"). You upload screenshots of a dating profile or a chat thread, and the Service provides:

  • Openers written in a chosen voice and risk level
  • Reply coaching for an ongoing conversation
  • A read of her interest and "date readiness"
  • Ready-to-send date invitations when the moment is right

Suggestions are generated by AI and are recommendations only. You decide what to send.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Hintder, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that using a dating assistant is lawful where you live.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

The Service starts anonymously and can be upgraded to a permanent account using Google Sign-In or a passwordless email link (via Firebase Authentication). You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the confidentiality of your sign-in. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or abuse the Service or its resources.

5. Hints, Plans & Billing

5.1 Hints

The Service runs on consumable credits called hints. Each AI action (reading a profile, drafting openers, coaching a reply) spends one hint. New users receive a small number of free hints to try the Service.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Paid access is sold as subscriptions (Lite, Plus, Pro, and the unlimited Ultimate tier), billed monthly or yearly. By subscribing you agree to pay the applicable fees, billed in advance. Subscription hints replenish each cycle and roll over up to a cap; Ultimate provides unlimited reads subject to a fair-use limit.

5.3 Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds, and provides customer service for billing inquiries. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

5.4 Plan Changes & Cancellation

  • Upgrades take effect immediately; the higher tier's allotment is applied at once.
  • Downgrades take effect immediately; the lower tier applies going forward and your existing balance is kept.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. You keep the hints already on your balance.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You Agree Not To:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to harass, deceive, stalk, or harm any person
  • Upload content depicting minors or any non-consensual or unlawful material
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent who you are
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, scrape, or disrupt the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6.2 Content You Upload

You are responsible for the screenshots and text you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload them and that doing so does not violate the privacy or rights of any other person. The Service is intended for conversations you are genuinely part of.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and functionality, is owned by Hintder and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload and the messages you receive; we use them only to provide the Service to you.

8. Data and Privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded screenshots are kept for up to 30 days to let you revisit a match, then automatically deleted. We do not sell your data or use your screenshots to train AI models.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI suggestions may be imperfect, and we do not guarantee any particular dating outcome, reply, or result. You are solely responsible for what you choose to send and how you conduct your relationships.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hintder from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time and will notify you of material changes via email, an in-app notice, or an update to this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us at support@hintder.ai. We will acknowledge it within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. For payment-related issues you may also contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
